About Us

The educational software was founded in 1988 with the aim of developing digital learning and teaching content and methods in physics and mathematics, and integrating them into the education system.

The project was initiated by both recent and long-standing immigrants from the former Soviet Union, including academics, teachers and software engineers.

The group is headed by Dr. Philip Slovotsky, a graduate of Novosibirsk University with a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science. He combines his work as CEO of the educational software company with teaching at secondary schools and at Levinsky and Talpiot Colleges.

Responsible for the development of mathematics content – Dr. Yevgeny Ruiz, Senior Lecturer at Ariel University;
Software Architect and Head of the Programming Team – Dr. Alexander Ocheritovey of Ivanovo University, Russia.

Other members of the team:

Mariana Dorcheva, PhD in Mathematics from Sofia Polytechnic University, Bulgaria, author and editor of mathematics textbooks.
Dr. Dorcheva is internationally renowned in the field of discrete mathematics and participates in European projects on
e-assessment in mathematics.

Ami Shalev, graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a graduate of Unit 8200, and currently completing a PhD in Neuroscience at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ami is a consultant on software architecture and mathematics.

Tamir Slovotsky, design, coding and web programming consultant.

Jonathan Slovotsky, exercise editing, general design and programming.

The following also contributed to the development of the content and provided pedagogical consultation: Anna Polyak, Dr. Anatoly Starkman, Lilia Kot, Michael Smolyansky, and many other teachers.
